The Qatar Chapter of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (CA Sri Lanka) held its third Annual General Meeting (AGM) recently.
As per the chapter’s Constitution, last year’s Vice President Mr. Rukshan Karunaratne (ACA) was appointed as the President of the Chapter for the year 2012/2013, while Mr. Saman Fernando (ACA) was elected as the Vice President of the CA Sri Lanka Qatar chapter.
The Executive Committee of Qatar Chapter including the positions of Vice President, General Secretary and Treasurer were elected unanimously through the nomination process.
The Chapter’s Immediate Past President Mr. Rizwan Yaseen will continue to be a member of the Executive Committee.
