Overwhelming response for second intake of CA Sri Lanka-INSEAD leadership programme

The second intake of the highly acclaimed CA Sri Lanka-INSEAD global leadership programme proved to be yet another overwhelming success with organisers having to increase the number of participants by many folds to accommodate the high demand.

The second programme commenced on Wednesday (14th September) and will conclude on 17th September at the Waters Edge, Battaramulla, also targeted high-end professionals and business leaders who will see a thought provoking outline of topics covering a wide array of areas, aimed at enhancing their leadership qualities.

The leadership programme will be conducted by renowned Professor of Leadership, Professor Thomas Mannarelli from the Faculty of the INSEAD Business School.

The inaugural landmark venture between CA Sri Lanka Business School and INSEAD, in mid-June received an overwhelming response which resulted in a second intake.

The topics that would be covered in the September programme will include; Vision and leadership transition, creative thinking outside the box, influence without authority, leading organization change, leading high performance teams, decision making under uncertainty, negotiation dynamics and influencing for change.

Course Director, Professor. Mannarelli, who holds a PhD from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkley and a B.S. in Business Administration the Indiana University, is a specialist in issues related to creativity, innovation and leadership in organisations.
