A two day Induction Programme for Trainees in the Public Practice Sector was held this month for the benefit of 100 CA students who are currently undergoing training in public practice sector organizations. The two day programme covered 12 technical session which were conducted by 09 resource persons. The technical sessions covered a range of areas pertinent to the trainees including how to become a fully-fledged Chartered Accountant, professional ethics, effective communication, audit procedures, key audit concepts, client management and the importance of training received from an audit firm.
