The CA Students’ Society organizes 11 annual sports events throughout the year for the benefit of employees of member firms. These employees can either be students/members of CIMA/ACCA/CA/CFA/AAT/CMA or even permanent employees of the respective member firm.

The Chartered Accountants Students' Society celebrated its Annual Awards Night on 6th July 2012 which was held at the CA Sri Lanka Auditorium. The occasion was attended by many eminent personalities of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka including, Mr Sujeewa Rajapakse- President of CA Sri Lanka, Mr Arjuna Herath-Vice President of CA Sri Lanka, Mr. Reyaz Mihular - Patron of CA Students' Society & formar president of CA Sri Lanka, Mr. Nuton Perera - Trustee of the Educational Trust Fund , Mr Jagath Perera – Students’ Committee Chairman of CA Sri Lanka, and council members. The Awards Night prize distribution took place for the students students who excelled in the CA Sri Lanka examinations and sports events. The long award prize, the winner of the last year in the sports was grabbed by Jayasinghe & Co. The Awards Night proves that students to do a lot more in their future in both their studies and sports.
